PRODUCT DESCRIBTION

SinW2001 is a formulated sythetic emulsion adhesive which had been designed for general assembly applications which need high creep resistance. Aldesin W2001 is designed for all assemblying all types of woods. It is particularly reccomended for chair manufacture.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

SinW2001 may be used for assembly work, dowelling, finger jointing, door assembly, edge lipping, veneering with wood or high pressure laminate, etc. It can be applied by roller, hand pressure gun, sequzzy bottle or brush.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

All wood substrates sould be conditioned at room temperature at 6-9% moisture content. Apply by brush, squeezy bottle, roller or mechanical glue spreaders.

• Glue line pressure : 2/10 kgs/cm2
• Open time : up to 5 minutes
• Close Assembly Time : up to 10 minutes

PRODUCT HANDLING - STORAGE

To ensure safe storage of this emulsion, containers should be well sealed to prevent the water evaporation and skin forming. The emulsion must be stored between 5-25 C for a maximum of 6 months and freezing must be avoided.
