PLACES OF USAGE
It is a two-component PU adhesive used for bonding multi-layered solid and laminated parquets, solid laminate, mosaic parquet, solid wood, stick and solid softwood and ceramic flooring boards to absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces indoors.

SURFACE PREPATION and APPLICATION METHOD
The application surfaces should be free from oil, rust, dust and similar impurities. There should be no moisture on the surface, and there should be no loose layer left. If the surface to be applied is sheet metal, it should be primed with a suitable primer after sandblasting; If the wood is cleaned with a sandpaper or screed machine, it should be primed with a suitable epoxy impregnated primer after it is cleaned of dust and dried. If the application surface is concrete, the surface should be roughened with shot-blast, slim or freeze.
The prepared concrete surface should be primed with Solvent Free Epoxy Impregnated Primer in a way to be impregnated by considering the application instructions. Cracks and holes on the surface, if any, should be repaired using epoxy putty. After pouring Polyurethane Adhesive on the prepared and primed surface and spreading with a notched trowel, other surfaces that are desired to adhere are placed. Depending on the place of use, it can be pressed for 10 - 12 hours at 23°C.
Mixing
The component B is poured into the can of component A and they are mixed together for 3 minutes using a mixer, till a homogenous mixture is obtained. It is recommended that the mixer speed is low not to cause air bubbles in the mixture.
ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED
• Applied surface temperature must be between 15°C - 30°C and temperature must not be under 10°C.
• When applying in indoor and outdoor aHelveticaNeueLT Pro 55 Roman, ambient temperature and ambient humidity must be paid attention.
• In applications performed in open and closed areas, the flo or, ambient temperature, and ambient humidity should be taken in to consideration.
• Floor relative humidity should be below 4% and ambient humidity should be below 65%.
• It should not be touched for 24 hours after the adhesion process and should not encounter water.
• During the work, appropriate amount of mixtures should be prepared, and work should be continued until all of this mixture is consumed.
• After the primer coat is applied, care should be taken that the surface of the primer is hard to touch, depending on the ambient temperature, N1031 NEROPUR MS should be applied approximately 24 hours later.

STORAGE
Opened packages should be kept tightly closed and stored under proper storage conditions and should be used within one week.
